Terms of Service

By using this website or booking a session with Shari-lee Photography, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Bookings & Deposits
A session is confirmed only after a signed agreement and deposit are received. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date at our discretion, subject to availability and provided reasonable notice is given.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
- Weather-related reschedules for outdoor sessions will be handled cooperatively at no additional fee.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit and any fees paid.
Session Conduct
Clients agree to arrive on time and communicate any special requirements in advance. We reserve the right to end a session early if conditions become unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund of fees already earned for time spent.
Copyright & Usage
Unless a commercial license is purchased separately, delivered images are licensed for personal use only. Clients may not resell, sublicense, or alter images for commercial purposes without written permission. Shari-lee Photography retains copyright to all images created.
Print Release
Print release terms are included with applicable packages as described on our pricing page. Professional lab printing is recommended for best results.
Delivery Timeline
Edited galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated in your agreement. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Limitation of Liability
Shari-lee Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including equipment failure, illness, severe weather, venue restrictions, or client delays. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected session.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
